Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to workshops and private chart review appointments booked through App Camellia Field Co., Ltd.. It does not cover third-party travel or accommodation expenses.

1. Group workshops

Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before the session: full refund of fees paid
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund, or transfer to the next available date at no extra charge
• Less than 7 days before: no refund; transfer subject to seat availability and a 400 THB administrative fee
• No-show: no refund

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or venue issues, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next date — your choice. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

2. Private chart review appointments

• More than 48 hours before: full refund of deposit or full fee paid
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund; remainder may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment within 60 days
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund; rescheduling fee of 800 THB if a new slot is available
• No-show: no refund

Chart files must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you submit late, we may reschedule without penalty at our discretion, or treat the appointment as delivered with partial review if time remains.

3. Deposits

Private appointments require a 50% deposit to hold the slot. The balance is due before the session begins. Deposits follow the same cancellation timeframes above.

4. Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already shipped to an address outside Bangkok
• Administrative fees for late rescheduling
• Sessions where work has begun (private reviews exceeding 30 minutes)

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account within 10 business days. We will email confirmation when the transfer is initiated. Refunds are in Thai Baht regardless of your payment source currency.

6. Rescheduling

One free transfer is permitted for group workshops if requested more than 14 days before the original date. Additional transfers incur a 400 THB fee. Rescheduled seats are subject to availability.

7. Early registration discounts

If you cancel a seat booked with an early registration discount, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid, not the standard list price.

8. Exceptions

Medical emergencies supported by documentation may qualify for a full credit toward a future session regardless of timing. Contact us promptly at hello@appcamelliafield.click or 088-352-7149.

9. How to request a refund

Email hello@appcamelliafield.click with your full name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within three business days.
